1-week stay for work, I didn't have the chance to try all the services, but otherwise I had a great experience, the staff is kind and knowledgeable. Recommended!

My husband and I stayed at the Artiem Capri in Mahón for one week. We would definitely revisit for many reasons. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, cheerful and informed (especially the very tall brunette- so sorry that we can’t mention you by name)! The location is fab because it’s in a quiet area and only 5 mins walk from Mahón centre. The bus station is two mins away and the buses are on time and reliable so we used them daily to travel to different sites and beaches. I swam every day in the hotel roof top pool and enjoyed a lounge in the sun and get that there isn’t shade so it doesn’t become a sun terrace as the focus is on well-being, exercise and relaxation. We loved The Green Room where a selection of drinks and food is available without extra charge which was awesome - an airy, welcoming room with treats! We looked forward to breakfast every day as the choice was vast and very fresh. This hotel really delivered for us as we wanted a laid back feel, beach time and some sight-seeing.

An excellent mid level / City Center hote. Clean / modern / efficient. Very friendly staff ( Genny at reception is a real assert to the hotel). Rooms are spacious and clean, no views but it City Center. Breakfast was excellent.. as was the tall coloured gent who served us … Overall Wed definitely come back … PS complementary lounge is also a bit hit
