Club Andria

Our experience at Club Andria Apartments is being quite disappointing. Since we arrived, we have had several problems. The most worrying thing is that the apartment kitchen is full of ants, something we consider totally unacceptable in an accommodation and which directly affects the hygiene and comfort during the stay. Furthermore, upon arrival, we were informed that the water in the apartment is not drinkable. At no point were we warned about this before our arrival, even though it is information that we consider fundamental and that should be clearly communicated to guests in advance. A shame, because the location and the surroundings could make this a good place to stay, but these problems have negatively conditioned our experience.

Unfortunately our holiday was horrible in this hotel. For the price we payed we were really disappointed. During the night (at 00-1am) we saw a lot of Cockroaches (really big) When we prevent the reception, a lady told us it’s not possible to change the room and the only solution was to sleep OUTSIDE. (Next to the pool) So for the price it’s not Conceivable And all the room are infected. One tips : Don’t go in this hotel.

I am giving two stars only for the availability of the staff and for the pool/chiringuito area which is nice, even if the ice creams bought there were completely frozen and hard as a rock. For the rest, the experience with the room was truly terrible: ​Upon arrival, there was an error regarding the number of guests, forcing us to wait a while for the accommodation (a minor problem, but still an oversight). ​The water is not drinkable and cannot even be used to brush your teeth, which is a huge inconvenience. ​A serious and unacceptable matter: the very first evening, immediately after returning and after cleaning had been done, we found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. ​The prices are average, but for the level of hygiene and the essential services of the rooms, the property leaves much to be desired. I would not return.
