Club Hotel Aguamarina

Its a marvellous complex lots to do for the kids and the adults the food is ok typical of Spanish hotels rooms are dated but clean

We arrived on Sunday, September 20, around 7 p.m. a terrible noise invaded our room, 513, the walls were shaking, we wondered what it was!!!! we told ourselves it's nothing it will pass!!! (water heater, A/C...) we returned after dinner around 9 p.m. just as much noise, we told ourselves we won't be able to sleep, I called the front desk, they told me to come down, we tried to make ourselves understood, the receptionist told us the hotel is full we won't be able to change your room, we'll see tomorrow, at that moment we said oh damn, we aren't going to sleep all night!!!! the front desk called us technicians arrived. They come back, hear the noise, they tell us it's normal, you are just under the kitchen extractor, it will turn off around 9:30 PM when the cafeteria is closed. Indeed it stops around 9:30 PM, but the next day at 7:00 AM it starts again!!!! so from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM and from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM we had this noise, and the shaking of the walls!!!! it's a good thing we had asked at the start for a quiet and non-noisy room!!! the next day no one to change our room, the day after that the same!!!! so we stayed from Sunday to Friday with this noise!!! These rooms near this extractor should not be put into service. The hotel knows well that they are very noisy very disappointed we will never return to this hotel

Lovely clean hotel friendly staff food fantastic, not enough to do for adults all things mainly for children
