Hotel Rural Binigaus Vell

Our second visit to Binigaus Vell and not the last I am sure. This is a wonderfully quiet oasis of luxury in the Menorcan countryside with a large pool to cool off in. Tranquility reigns and is the perfect place to relax and get away from the crows. The staff and owners are all very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfasts are very good as is the coffee (as opposed to some places where they have awful coffee!) In the evenings in the settings sun on the veranda in front of the finca we had some excellent meals and Menorcan wines. Our room was very comfortable and large with excellent AC. As an added bonus there is the beach at the bottom of the limestone gorge nearby which this year was once again sandy and a wonderful place to swim in crystal clear water. One of the best hotels on the island and its rural setting makes it a gem! Thank you all of you (and providing a beach umbrella during out short stay)

Spent 4 nights at this hotel on a riding holiday they own the stud / stables. Hotel outstanding re the rooms food total atmosphere. The staff I interacted with an absolute credit to the hotel . Hannna who checked me in an amazing professional the waiting staff attentive and unobtrusive.We were offered full board on a set menu with wine and water, which was excellent in quality and quantity of the fantastic food which was consistently good over the stay.The rooms were maintained to a high standard and kept meticulously clean.One minor negative the lunch provided by the beach restaurant on the riding holiday. The horses tack could definitely be renewed and updated/upgraded the horses try their very best for the rider and deserve better equipment.

A true oasis of relaxation and charm We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful property and the experience was really special. The location is lovely, surrounded by greenery and surrounded by an atmosphere of yesteryear that immediately invites you to relax. Excellent cuisine, with well-kept and genuine dishes, and really impeccable reception: all the staff was kind, helpful and always attentive. A relaxing and regenerating stay, which we highly recommend to those seeking tranquility, beauty and authentic hospitality.
