Rooms & Space: The room and bed were huge, exceptionally spacious, and came with a very large terrace. Everything inside the room worked perfectly. Resort & Amenities: The Prestige area itself is quiet, serene, and relaxing, but you still get full access to the broader resort facilities. Family Friendly: Traveling with our 1.5-year-old daughter, we made great use of the kids' splash pool. The resort is incredibly well-suited for toddlers. Dining: Incredible food quality. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, and the dinner buffets offered a huge, delicious selection. Staff & Service: Every single staff member was efficient, warm, and friendly. They seamless coordinated our late check-in, were super helpful in the restaurants, and were consistently lovely with our baby. Late Check-Out: Because our flight was late in the day and our daughter was feeling a bit under the weather, being able to arrange a late check-out was an absolute lifesaver. Even with the additional cost, having a comfortable room until departure made a world of difference.

Unfortunately would never return here even if it was a free holiday most unhelpful staff form reception to waiters to cleaners the whole hotel is run poorly and unprofessional is not a 5 * resort 3+ at most Food standard buffet nothing special Rooms very tatty no mini bar arrival 1 bottle of water told to buy if you want more . Very hilly so need to be able if you need to get around the resort not child friendly with ramps and steps every where .
