The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel definitely needs some work. Lots of areas are damaged or outdated. The children’s slide needs repair. I found the cleaning on the rooms every other day was not enough. I appreciate that they are trying to save the environment through the use of reusable plastic cups however, this doesn’t mean they were always cleaned properly. The same with the plates in the restaurant.

All in all our experience at MarSenses Paradise Hotel was a pleasant one. I would recommend this hotel if you have young children.

I have to be honest. We have just retuned from a 10 day stay here and we weren’t overly impressed. It could be cleaner. Almost every day I would pick up a plate/bowl/cutlery and it was dirty. Food was ok, they changed it up every day but it was barely warm. The flies were terrible and staff were slow to move plates and clean up. They are clearly understaffed which could be part of the issue. The pools were ok, I never noticed anything terrible but my husband said he saw mould and cracked tiles. The staff weren't as friendly as other hotels I’ve stayed in on the resort. The entertainment staff are the exception though, they are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean enough but I did get a nasty surprise in the toilet one day, I’ll not go into detail but it was absolutely 100% not left by us so can only assume it hadn’t been cleaned properly from the previous guest. I personally think the place needs a bit of a revamp . It’s not 4* in my opinion. I don’t think I would return.
