Roc Menorca Mar

What a wonderful 14 days ,from start to finish ,all I can do is praise this aparthotel .Apartments are spotlessly clean ,white towels and sheets changed regular and the cleaning maids are very pleasant and work so hard .Pool is beautiful, grounds are well maintained and all areas are spotless.If you are able bodied the marina is a 25 min walk away im unable to do so we had a taxi 7.50 each way.We did go to the beach twice here too ,sunbeds are 21 euro for 2 beds and parasol which I thought was pretty expensive, the sea is warm ,clear and fish swimming around with you .We also used the restaurant just off the beach for lunch ,I had vegetarian lasagne it was pretty awful 18.50 and very bland, nice setting for a drink though.We did tend to use hotel for food ,well presented ,beautifully cooked and reasonable the steak was amazing. We did try a few local ones too ,2 rocks ,la nueva oca,but they were ok but not a patch on the hotel restaurant. We found the best supermarket to use past 2 rocks ,opposite side by the crossroads ,reasonably priced and had a really choice .We will definitely come back here ,all the staff work incredibly hard and are the making of the menorca mar ,well done to you all

Beautiful, quiet location Our 3rd visit and we use it as a base but always come back late afternoon to use the pool. Sad that this visit people felt the need to put towels out at 7 in the morning!!! We never struggled to get a sunbed, plenty of choice. 15 minutes to the marina passing a couple of pubs/ restaurants and 2 local supermarkets. We do agree with one reviewer that the sofas could do with an update very low to get up from. Our shower head broke and we reported it snd within 10 minutes it was fixed. Room was cleaned every day of our 11 night stay. Live music every night. Lovely cocktails. Didn’t eat this visit but a nice menu.

Brilliant adults only hotel ~ comfortable self catering apartments kept immaculately clean, about 15~20 minutes walk from the marina. Plenty of sun beds, pool towels provided. Five minute walk to three supermarkets, cafe and two restaurants but food available on site ~ bar and restaurant has a great atmosphere and overlooks the pool. Good variety of musical entertainment on several evenings. Staff very friendly Thanks
