Sol Isla

During our stay, several issues arose that meant we could not continue staying there and had to look for other accommodation. Initially, there were some difficulties in finding a solution, but subsequently, the establishment reviewed our case and finally managed the situation appropriately, approving the refund corresponding to the nights we could not enjoy. Although our initial experience was not what we expected, we value the subsequent attention positively and that an appropriate solution to what happened was finally provided.

The apartment is very basic, nothing out of this world but the worst thing is that for many days there were no lounge chairs at the pool, they put out very few and the pool was very dirty many days, put out more lounge chairs and clean the pool water

Wanted something inexpensive as visiting family and only sleeper and washed there (which was ok for 2 , but doubt the water heater could give four people a hot shower.) Cheap and cheerful. Get what you pay for. Towels and bedding changed throughout our stay. Was clean but basic. Didn’t spend much time inside . Had to hire a fan, no air con. Reception and cleaners lovely. Would return.
