Talayot

We’ve just come back from a 7 night stay with our toddler and loved it here. The rooms are basic, but have everything that you need. We found sunbeds easily and there were plenty of pools to choose from. We ate in the restaurant a few times and the food was fine, the supermarket over the road is also really convenient and well stocked! My toddler loved her stay here, the place is really ideal for children! It’s a quick walk in to the main resort which had loads of lovely restaurants - we didn’t have a bad meal all holiday! I had read reviews previously that said the resort was a bit rundown, but I honestly didn’t think it was too bad - there are some places that are closed, and the walkways can be a bit uneven, but we are used to holidaying in Greece where that can be the norm. All the bars and restaurants are set up for children, with soft play/bouncy castles etc. Jimmy Hills is also a must, my daughter loved the childrens entertainment there, we also enjoyed mini disco at Talayot too, although it was quite quiet at the apartments evening entertainment due to it being towards the end of the season.

Basic apt but everything you need clean every where Room s cleaned 4 times a week supermarket across road beach and resturants walking distance bus stop outside for you to go 20 minutes ciutdella main town with markets and harbour six pool main was noisy but the others you could hear a pin drop for sun worshipers entertainment every night meal and drink deals nearly every night the complex is spending lots of money on the resort to bring it back up to par everyone we spoke to not 1 person had any complaints

Absolutely love the Talayot apartments. We travel here 3-4 times a year and it’s like a ‘home from home’ to us. Lovely relaxing location, staff are wonderful and the complex has everything you need. Small stroll to bars and restaurants as well as little coves to go snorkelling here. Always out first choice for a quick getaway in the sun.
