Apartamentos Los Delfines

We went to Los Delfines as a last minute holiday, also to check out facilities for a big family holiday next year ,for our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. It has everything for a family hoilday especially if you don't want to wander to far . With the water park just across the road its ideal. Swimming pool areas clean ,plenty of sunbeds, food was really nice ,always found something to eat and in seven days only one evening it was a struggle to find something to eat. We were half board and it really satisfied our needs . The hotel is really clean ,credit to the housekeeping. Load music and entertainment around the stage pool during the day ,but at the bigger pool you can't hear it so much . All entertainment stopped arond 2230. We walked to cala en brut and cala en Forcat, beautiful little coves . Now for our only disappointment, we were given a room which we would class as a box room . Only one bedside table ,as no room for two . The pillows came out over both sides of the bed , pillows were in front of the only light switch, so everytime my husband moved he turned the light on ,kept waking us up . The balcony was so small , one of us had to sit first, then the other, it was like sitting on a bus . Couldn't move . There was only one bath and hand towel ,which led me to look up rooms and it does say double room for single occupancy. There was nowhere to put luggage after unpacking, wouldn't fit under bed ,our flight was early morning so when we packed we had to put our suitcases in the bathroom on the foldaway luggage rack, which we couldn't put up in our room ,as there was no room for it .One of us had to be either on the balcony, in the bathroom or on the bed as no room for both of us to walk around. We did complain and were told we booked a promo room , which wasnt written anywhere on my booking forms, plus i paid alittle extra for the room . We were told we could move on the Thursday, 4 days into our holidays. We declined. We had just got on with it ,and the recepton just didn't want to know. The Tui rep was sympathetic. Anyway sitting around the pool looking at the wonderful big apartments we were so disappointed to everyday go back to our little box . Next year if we go as a family we all make sure we book an apartment. They looked wonderful. There were people of all ages enjoying this great hotel. Just make sure you don't book a promo room

Booked a last minute 3 night all inclusive stay with friends and kids, this gave us unlimited use of the aqua park 5 mins walk away, we was given a 1 bed apartment and a twin room. These were both adequate for all of our needs. Clean and airy. Great facilities for all ages, lovely grounds and pool areas. Nice selection of food too. Would definitely go again

Absolutely amazing hotel to go all inclusive as it has everything you need to keep the younger ones entertained. Definitely can’t fault it and will definitely be returning, well done TUI for the recommendation xx
