We rented for a platform an apartment with two rooms. The place is correct, welcoming and with the necessary services to spend a two week stay. Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom, clean and with sheets and towels. It has no Cleaning Service and also do not refill even though a week has passed (a detail perhaps to be taken into account) Small kitchen, basic dishes, with toaster, espresso machine, microwave and a refrigerator. It's not a place to go and cook. It wasn't what I was looking for either. We had a nice stay. We were comfortable. He would need a TV in the room as there was only one in the kitchen. However, to access the entrance of the hotel, an "interesting" cost added to the rooms also have to be accessed by stairs. We don't care much, but it's to be reckoned with. Beautiful swimming pool, loungers and each dwelling unit has a little paatiecito. In our case it was one floor up, so we didn't even use it. Other units the little duck had next to it, there if it's worth it. Excellent also the restaurant below. We ate very very well. Other restaurants in front and next door a Supermarket. Cala Galdana beach will be 3 blocks away. A very good choice in our case because we got a promotion for the Central Booking platform

Very well equipped apartment. It. Had a hob,microwave,kettle,toaster and a Nespresso t yep coffee machine. Washing up liquid,tea towel rev all provided. The apartment was clean and a small problem was quickly fixed after speaking with the excellent reception staff. The rooftop sun terrace was great and had the sun nearly all day (Apt A12). Very pleased overall.Nice pool area and on site restaurant very good. One very important point is that the main photo is not the apartments. .

Somewhat bittersweet taste; spectacular views (best) thanks to our booking well in advance and paying clear supplement. The apartment is not bad, refrigerator is appreciated, some utensils and vitro, but the improved mattresses (very stiff for the years), the regular soundproofing, the bathroom without aeration or window or rack or shampoo samples, the fans of the rooms as if they did not exist because they did not air or maximum power. They start sweeping at 7h when you are still resting, logically, since you can not sleep before 00h because of the music of nearby hotels / restaurants and noise of neighbors and their children. Insufficient reception hours, close very soon and some days are closed at noon. The "ILOGICOS" check-in and check-out times (17h an entry and 10h an exit) stay with half a day of the guest and happier than a partridge, no accommodation we have seen those times in our 45 and 67 years of life, with putting more cleaning staff as the rest would be enough, the influx allows it perfectly. Something we will NOT FORGIVE is that we were not given a choice in exchange/replacement of dirty towels, only until 10 days (needless to say, a retired woman spends more towels than usual in summer, high temperatures, tanner, creams, hair dye, sand, etc...) UNACCEPTABLE, it costs absolutely nothing to give one more towel and have happy and supplied to customers, that is the purpose of the accommodations, that is what I think (especially considering that we cost 1000€ for 6 nights two people without food. We needed an elevator, at 15h it was hell to climb so many steps. The deal with the staff is not bad, with Izan was PERFECT, very professional boy, empathetic and willing to help in any way possible, even gave us transportation tips and a minimap.
