Very good service from the staff, especially from Dani upon my arrival, who explained all the hotel facilities to me in detail, helped me with the luggage storage, and had my room available as soon as possible. The The Green area is ideal for recharging your batteries or having a snack/refreshment if you are short on time for a full meal, and it is a courtesy of the hotel. The spa area has a spectacular rooftop with a panoramic view of the Port of Mahón. The proximity to everything in the center of Mahón is perfect and you can take a bus to almost everywhere, given that the station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was very comfortable, the bed, the spaces, and everything you need for basic personal hygiene. The details upon receiving it were very nice and personalized. The buffet is very complete and you can try Menorcan delicacies. Genny was super kind at check-out! THANKS A LOT EVERYONE!!!
