Hotel itself is nice. Rooms were clean, complex is well laid out and no complaints at all about that. Staff are lovely and helpful as well. There's 3 pools, one at the top of the complex that is probably the most busy, a kids area in the middle and then another pool similar to first at the bottom by the football pitch.. all pools are great but as mentioned in other comments, if you want a sun lounger you need to be up early 'reserving' your space! People were sitting on deck chairs at 7am most mornings around the pools before the sun loungers were opened at half 9. Food was decent, few themed nights through the week. Go to the restaurant by the stage, we found it slightly better than the one by reception although it opens slightly different times... Our main issue with the holiday was the amount of people and how small the entertainment area is! You've got over 400 rooms in the hotel, but an entertainment area with about 100 seats? It was mayhem trying to find seats and get served! Then the bar system... You get tokens to use and trade them for a small glass... It wouldn't be so bad but queuing for drinks some evenings was about 20/30 people deep so at times we just ended up going to the shop and buying drink to sit down with which isn't great when you're on an all inclusive holiday.. there's a poolside bar as well but it closes at 7 so you only have one bar area in the evenings serving everyone which desperately needs to be sorted! If they expanded the entertainment area and bars this place would be brilliant! And a note for anyone with smaller kids, a lot of the rooms are up stairs which is no issue, however our room door locked from the inside so someone outside couldn't get in, but if you were on the inside, you could open it without turning the lock (as we found out when our 2 year old legged it outside onto the steps one evening).

Had an amazin 10ndays there we got there as the temps were getting 8nto the 30c range. We have been for the last 4 yrs and love it and even got to know alot of the staff and they remember us and our daughter. The photographers are grea both roberto and oana are amazin and we are now good friends and they always say hi to us and our little girl. We have had photos every year and never disapointed with robertos and Oanas pics. Overall we do like it there as you have everythi u want there or just a bus ride away. The pools are alway busy and rhere is entertainment through the day that is good

We visited the hotel in May for the fourth year in a row. The facilities are exactly what we need for our four year old daughter. The food is good, the staff are friendly and there is good entertainment, especially for children. The HIGHLIGHT of our trips though have been our outstanding photo shoots with Roberto and Oana from Photo Hotel. We have had three sunset shoots and various other photos taken by them over the last three years and we can't praise them highly enough. They are friendly, relaxed, excellent with children and all the images are extremely high quality, with very reasonably priced packages which are beautifully presented. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
