We have just returned from a week’s holiday here. There were 12 of us altogether, various ages with kids and adults. We all had a great time. Everywhere was clean. The rooms were spacious with really good air con. The bathroom was quite small but adequate. The beds were very hard. There was a safe but you had to pay for this. The housekeeping was very hit and miss. Twice we were left with no towels, so had to go and ask for them. Also they didn’t leave any toilet paper one day, so we had to go to reception for it. We were on the ground floor and had a spacious terrace which overlooked the pool. The pool was great. The food was ok, breakfasts were really good with loads of choices. Drinks were self service in the restaurant. There is only one restaurant, no snack bar or anything. The evening entertainment was by the pool, but was ok for the kids. The Wi-Fi was awful however, it kept dropping out by the pool, but was ok in the room. The water park across the road from the hotel is included with your stay and this was absolutely fantastic. There kids really enjoyed it. There are plenty of slides and also a couple of pools with plenty of sunbeds. The snack bar was included in the all inclusive, this was great for the kids. The staff here were brilliant and always very friendly. There is a few shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a meal in one of the restaurants and it was fantastic. Also bouncy castles beside the waterpark and the adults can sit and enjoy a drink and also food while keeping an eye on the kids. There is an Irish bar opposite the waterpark and this was brilliant for watching the football as well. There is a bus stop near there and we all went into Cituadella one evening. It was really lovely with beautiful architecture and lovely views of the sea and little harbour. There were some market stalls selling crafts, clothes etc. there is a lovely square which had shops, restaurants and ice cream parlour. There is also a beautiful cove within walking distance of the hotel , however we didn’t go in the sea because there was a lot of jellyfish. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere both during the day and the evening. We all had a good time and the weather was fantastic.

Having just returned from a week's stay at this hotel we were a little disappointed.
The hotel was generally clean and had all the facilities that you need
We had a two bed apartment that was spacious yet there was a significant lack of storage space. Putting some drawers in the rooms would easily fix this. The beds were incredibly hard which was a shame.
The all inclusive was okay, we found something to eat every day that we ate in the hotel. We've had better stays at all inclusive hotels but we've also had worse. The drinks that were included were fine, we had no issues. The token system ensured that there weren't cups lying around and also limited wastage.
The pool area was fine, some umbrellas were difficult to put up and it was hard to navigate around the sunbeds to get into the pool due to them all being so close together.
We used the gym which was very basic but had what you needed (dual pulley cable machine, 5kg up to 35 kg dumbbells, a dual leg extension and leg curl machine, rower, treadmills, cross trainer and spin bike). You had to book to use it and it was limited to 2 people at a time. It was rarely booked but I can imagine it would be frustrating during busier periods. You could definitely have more than two people in there at a time.
I used the self service launderette which is a handy facility to have.
We went across to the waterpark which was nice but quite small.
There some beautiful coves near the hotel which were the perfect spot for snorkelling and cliff jumping.
All in all we had a lovely time, the hotel is basic but has what you need. I don't think we would return but that's a personal choice.

Fantastic holiday, booked with TUI, all went smoothly, got rooms next to one another, as requested. Family orientated hotel, tidy, clean, spacious room with air con - cleaned every day, friendly staff, lots of activities throughout the day, great evening entertainment every night, clean, warm swimming pools. Food was great, some nights better than others, but lots of choice, could always find something we all liked to eat. Didnt find getting drinks an issue at all. Great water park included with the all inclusive just around the corner, lifeguards do need to pay better attention when people are going down the slides though. Location great, a quiet location and a 5 minute walk to a lovely small beach, there is also another small beach about a 10 minute walk with a small kids play area and bar, all the small beaches/coves have steps in to the sea for easy access to swim. Popular place for Cliff jumping also about a 10 minute walk, just need to check for jelly fish 1st! Also highly recommend a short walk to the Irish bar sixty61one, with very friendly, welcoming staff and karaoke every night. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks los delfines globales for a brilliant holiday.
