The establishment is located in the outskirts of Son Bou and is rather small, developed over several levels connected by numerous stairs. Those with mobility difficulties or who simply prefer a more comfortable establishment might find this aspect impractical. Overall, the hotel appears quite dated and would certainly need significant renovation to meet current standards. Inside, there is a restaurant with an indoor dining area and a partially covered outdoor terrace, a pool with a small bar for daytime service, and a second bar dedicated to evening activities. Rooms: Our room, located on the second floor, was rather small but overall comfortable. It was equipped with a television, refrigerator, and safe (for a fee, €3 per day plus deposit). The cleanliness was generally good. The rooms are usually tidied up by early afternoon, although on a couple of occasions we had to wait until 4:00 PM. The room towels are replaced every two days, while beach towels can be changed at any time for an additional fee of €1.50 per towel. Dining: The dining experience is probably the aspect that convinced us the least. The variety of the buffet is not particularly wide, and some dishes are frequently repeated. For example, for several consecutive days, the same types of pasta (tricolor farfalle) were served, although with slightly different sauces. The presence of fish was quite limited, and during the week we hardly found any cold cuts. Breakfast is plentiful and offers a good selection of sweet and savory products, but the coffee and cappuccino dispensed from the machines are almost undrinkable. One piece of advice I would give is to respect the restaurant's opening hours and not arrive too close to closing time. Several times, even arriving well in advance of the end of service, we found some highly requested items, such as pasta, grilled dishes, and sometimes even some desserts, to be finished, which probably represent one of the best points of the culinary offer. Unfortunately, once the products were finished, they were not replaced. The service in the dining area could also be more efficient: dishes are often left on tables for a long time, and on several occasions, we found ourselves having to move them ourselves. All-Inclusive Formula: The All-Inclusive formula seemed like a joke to us. For example, I find it hard to understand how, in a facility oriented exclusively to the Italian market, coffee is not included and must be paid for separately. Moreover, considering that most guests spend the day at the beach, the All-Inclusive is relatively underutilized, also because there is no refreshment point belonging to the facility on the beach. If you want to use the pool bar, you need to bring your own plastic cup (also with a deposit). Sea and beach: the real strong point The sea at Son Bou is simply wonderful. Clear water, fine sand, and a gently sloping seabed make this beach ideal for families, swimming, and long walks. The beach is very spacious and has a designated area with umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee (€16 per day). Here too, the rule of "the early bird gets the worm" applies: after 9:30, finding a spot can become complicated, if not impossible. A major drawback is the distance from the facility. The main access to the beach is over a kilometer from the hotel and requires a walk of about 20 minutes, almost entirely in the sun. A free shuttle is available, but during peak times, the wait can be quite long and the service hours can sometimes be limiting. Additionally, the suspension of service on Sundays seemed to us to be an incomprehensible choice. However, there are numerous useful services near the beach, including bars, souvenir shops, supermarkets, and car rentals. Excursions on the island: We rented a car to visit the northern coast of the island and some of its beautiful coves. It is a solution I highly recommend: the prices are reasonable and the contracts include unlimited mileage and full insurance coverage, allowing you to explore Menorca with total freedom and without worries. Entertainment: Entertainment is present throughout the day, but it is focused exclusively within the village, especially in the pool area. For those, like us, who choose Son Bou primarily for the sea and spend most of the day at the beach or on excursions, the entertainment is quite negligible. Evening shows generally start around 9:30 PM, and often, after finishing dinner at a leisurely pace, we found them already in the concluding phase. After 10:30 PM, the village becomes a desert; it should be noted that the clientele mainly consists of families with small children and "senior" couples looking for relaxation. Reception: The reception staff deserves special mention, always available, professional, and kind throughout the stay. We always found smiling people ready to help us with any needs. Final considerations: If your absolute priority is the sea of Son Bou, then this facility can represent a good base and some limitations become more easily tolerable. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a modern facility, high-level dining, and particularly well-maintained services, it is probably better to look towards other options.

Mediocre resort. The only strong point is the beach area, which is beautiful. Everything else could be improved. The rooms are renovated but small; with two suitcases, it's cramped when you have to open them. There is no bidet and there are no hangers. The food is not high quality... you won't go hungry because there is a lot of variety and abundance, but eating well is something else! The dining room service is not welcoming; they should be trained. The dishes are often not perfectly clean. I have eaten much better at other Bravo villages! A sore point is the shuttle... it is true that it runs every 10/15 minutes, but it is often late and the breaks should be eliminated. It is unacceptable that there are breaks from 11:00 to 12:30 and from 17:00 to 18:30! Furthermore, it has few seats and often you have to wait for the next trip! The alternative is to walk if you need to get back sooner! The distance from the village to the beach is 1.2 km. I found the much-touted entertainment of the Bravo villages mediocre... the only exception being the choreographer Gabriele, who is truly competent (you can see the study and talent)... all the others are kids who are improvising and are beginners, not very engaging. The head of animation was good, though; during the week we saw the same sketch twice. Twice for the game night. After the short evening show, there is nothing else. Espresso coffee is for a fee, as is the rental beach umbrella with a deposit, the safe, and the foosball table for the children. Towel changes in the room are every 2 days, while the beach towel rental does not provide for it unless you pay. All-inclusive needs to be reviewed! Low value for money. Exaggerated reviews, in my opinion not entirely truthful. I'm not panning it because I like to be honest and offer constructive criticism, but I don't recommend it because you can find better. I hope I have been helpful to you.

We stayed at the Bravo Arenas de Son Bou village from June 21 to June 28, 2026, and we left a piece of our heart there! Wonderful sea, soft sand, huge pool with different depths, plus a space for the little ones. Good food, room with a balcony, and plenty of well-maintained greenery. But the real strength of this village is the animation team: never intrusive, always present, and always with a smile! From the moment we arrived on the island until our departure, they were present and patient. Ready to give advice both on Menorca and on other Bravo destinations around the world. A true dream team that contributed to making our vacation even more special. Heartfelt thanks to Gabriele, Alessandro, Giorgia, Elisa, Desy, Willy, Sara, and Davide. You are fantastic, keep it up! You are pure energy and so much heart! A true added value in the village and in the Bravo team!!! Carlotta, Marco, and Andrea
