Apartment was ok clean but very uncomfortable beds. Also very noisy other guests in other apartments especially during the night and the walls are like paper and you can hear everything. Also noisy cockerals early morning alarm call at 6am 😢 Spolit our holiday sorry to say! We had purchase a couple of items due to lack of things also ironing board was not fit for purpose. Emailed the company but got no where just take your money.

Incredibly unprofessional and rude. Definitely not good for someone from the United States. They refused to give us check-in information until after check-in time to delay arrival. I am traveling with my 85 years old parents and we planned based on the check-in time.

We stayed at Son Bou for 7 days booking accommodation with Menorca Vacation. House spotless and equipped with everything you need. Kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, sheets and towels changed midweek. Washing machine, drying rack and even iron and ironing board. House consisting of outdoor patio, living room / kitchen 2 bedrooms and bathroom Giant shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Seasoning strongly!
