Booked on booking, I regretted not being able to cancel: the cleaning is minimal, the equipment is aging, the common areas lack cleanliness. The sofa had strange stains, we did not use it. Fortunately I always have cleaning wipes, I wiped down the sofa armrests and the exterior parts as well as the handles. I sent a message via booking to the hotel's customer service with no response (I don't speak English or Spanish well, it was easier for me). It was when I contacted the group's Insta page that a maintenance man came to fix the closet... the trash is emptied once a week, and we get clean towels once a week (I asked a housekeeper for some). The common areas around the apartments should be cleaned, just like the lounge chairs and the pools. For the price (1018 euros for 6 nights) it is not worth it. The Wi-Fi works very poorly, the amenities in the apartment are basic (rudimentary coffee machine), nothing practical to put your things in the bathroom.

Here at present, sunbeds & chairs filthy,beds & towels changed after 6 days and requested beds changed again 12 days.i feel they don't want English here. Room not cleaned once in 13 days. Holiday cost nearly £1000 and both of us seriously disappointed

My husband and I have just stayed here for 2 weeks. As last year was lovely and clean. We weren't happy with the first room we were given but we were given another room with a pool view. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hoping to come back again next year.
