Port Ciutadella

Our stay was excellent. From the first moment we felt very well taken care of thanks to an exceptional staff, always friendly, attentive, and totally committed to making everything perfect. The room was very comfortable and one of its biggest attractions was the impressive views of the canal, truly spectacular and perfect for enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Without a doubt, a highly recommended hotel that we would be delighted to return to.

We had a fantastic stay overall and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were lovely, everything was clean and well maintained, and the pool area is stunning. The only thing that stopped it from being a perfect stay was the atmosphere. Although the pool area is gorgeous, it felt very quiet and lacked any real ambience. We found it difficult to spend much time there during the day because it felt a little flat. Even some low-level background music around the pool would make a huge difference and create a much more enjoyable, relaxing vibe. We’re also keen gym users, and the gym was a little disappointing. It’s only really large enough for a handful of people. We were a group of five, and when other guests were already using it, it became overcrowded very quickly. We often had to queue for equipment, and there wasn’t enough free floor space to use the exercise mats for bodyweight workouts. Adding some background music here would also improve the experience. These are relatively small points, and we genuinely had a wonderful holiday. With a little more atmosphere around the pool and some improvements to the gym, this hotel would be exceptional.

I am leaving the hotel absolutely delighted! All the staff are fantastic, I came from Mallorca to disconnect and I have succeeded, the spa is wonderful, it is clear that all the staff (reception, management, kitchen and restaurant, spa...) are happy and the hotel is very well managed. The beds are very comfortable, the room with the air conditioning, the TV, the sea view... nothing better. The most notable thing despite what I have mentioned previously is the location since there is a supermarket next door and it is also a few minutes' walk from the center. I love this hotel! Thanks to everyone, It has been the first time but it will not be the last.
