Sol Ponent

We came across these apartments whilst exploring the area and wanting a bite to eat . Being coeliac this was ideal with a full gluten free menu . The pic shows what we had for 25 euros , fully loaded Panini’s , salad , 2 real sangrias , large bottle water and olives. The two ladies serving were really accommodating and friendly. The whole place is very very clean , with a small pool and right on the edge of an inlet for diving . It’s in a quiet area but only 10 minutes walk to Cala Santandria beach , which is the best in the whole Cuitadella area . There are hotels in the area with entertainment which will welcome you in of an evening. Cala en bosh and Cuitadella are only a 1.60 euro bus trip away . The buses run frequently and till late . I looked online and was surprised just how inexpensive it is to stay here . I’ll be back !

Apartment with everything you need! Cozy and clean, in the kitchen dishes, pots dish soap and tea towels; microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer. In the room blankets and double pillows. In the shower gel, towels and hairdryer. We also found a parasol and a portable fridge provided! Possibility to leave your luggage after check out and also to shower in a private bathroom! Parking available along the road, in the busiest hours you have to move away slightly but all doable! Only doubt about the air conditioning that seemed not to work well but leaving the windows open in the evening ventilated and cooled Pretty much the apartment.

Very good hotel quite large pool and very nice sea view with a large terrace, very hearty breakfasts! Room and kitchen a bit old but clean spotless, everything is functional + very good bedding. And staff always adorable and with little care. Good location for Ciutadella and surroundings.
