We have not long landed back into the U.K after the most wonderful 5 nights at this beautiful hotel. Staff were so lovely, the place is super clean and neither myself nor husband could fault a thing. The food was delicious and fresh, with plenty of choice even for fussy eaters such as myself. We opted for all inclusive and our fridge was refilled daily with water, Pepsi, beers and orange juice which we thought was a lovely touch. Last night we had a visit to the culinarium, the food was beautiful and service second to none. We felt really very well looked after. Drinks were wonderful too, really nice cocktails the staff took time to make (none of these premixed from a vendor machine like at some places) even the coffees were lovely. The snack bar had some delicious meals on offer to order. We never had any issues with getting sun beds and not once did we get up early to secure any. We did have a couple of days on the day beds too (one day was gifted to us as was our 20 year anniversary which again we thought was such a kind gesture!). Our room was lovely, I understand what people mean about there not being too much storage space, we did only book 5 nights so we had no problems with it but can imagine it’s tricky with a holiday for 10 nights plus. We did have a plunge pool room towards the side/ tree side of the hotel and although it was a nice novelty to have our own pool I feel this would have felt a bit more special if they were a bit more private. As it stands the pools don’t actually have any walls to separate them so you can be sat out on the terrace with your neighbours in the pool. The shower is a well powered monsoon type shower. The bed was huge it must have been a super king, and without doubt the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in on holiday. Santó Tomàs is a really quiet resort, as we found also with son bou and Alaoir. We had hoped there might be a bit more to do in Alaoir however aside from an old church and a small art gallery there didn’t seem much was open. Also the taxi service wasn’t very reliable. The buses were bang on time though and there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. We had a walk to Son Bou beach to the basilica ruins (my husband is a history teacher!) and this was a beautiful beach to visit, bearing in mind the west of the beach is a nudist beach. As we were getting picked up before breakfast opened this morning we were still offered a full continental breakfast which we were really grateful of you don’t always get that with hotels. Overall we were very impressed with everything this gorgeous hotel has to offer and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it! Thanks Tui Blue Victoria 💙

This is a second visit with my husband to this hotel. Came last September and enjoyed it so much decided to come in June. It was just as lovely. The manager Jamie and his staff are adorable. If there is a problem sorted out imedietly. Must mention a few names Isemar, Dani, must not forget SOFI, Toni, Vodca martini. What a team!!! On arrival welcome drink and your suitcases taken up to your room by a very nice man but sorry do not remember his name. Our room was beautiful with balcony and wonderful view. Spotlesley clean like the rest of the hotel. Boala our cleaner excellent. Also our lovely Veronica from last year who we love. Bar staff so hard working and efficient. A few names to mention, Yessica, Irenee, Laura. Dining room tables well spaced out. Staff service excellent always had Mar and Raquel. Food very good always find something to eat. Only negative plates not hot. Pool area fab. Entertainment at night a bit hit and miss. Saturday night silent disco which was a no no for us. But younger couples liked. Beach nearby and the sea heavenly to swim in. This resort is low key but beautiful surrounded by forest. We thought it would be to quiet for us but we were supprised how relaxed we were and how much we enjoyed it. There is a bus stop outside so you can go to Mahon or Cuitadella worth a visit. So a wonderful hotel and wonderful people. Will return soon. One more mention Valentina tui blue rep a credit to the company. You can see she loves her job. Jadwiga and Les Masters

What a fabulous hotel! We have stayed at several Tui Blus now and this is up there with the best! The whole hotel is spotless, smells gorgeous and decorated / fitted to a very stylish standard. Yes I agree re the storage though it did not present and issues at all to us, you can ask for extra hangers and they are provided. Rooms are lovely, bed comfy, minibar and toiletries refilled everyday. The maids worked super hard and kept the rooms immaculate. We found the food to be lovely, plenty of choice always in the buffet, I did enjoy the food at the pool more though (special mention to Wamba and Roco for their fabulous service and smiles) and found the a la carte meal second to none! Cocktails and drinks all gorgeous. Big thanks to Luisa who kept my fitness going all holiday with really top notch fitness classes. The gym itself was very well equipped. We hired a car to travel around and see some of the fab places in Menorca like Cala Galdana, Cornelly and Cuidadella and the only minor gripe was that the hotel charged 7euros a day to park at the hotel! Surely it should be free for guests and it was always empty...that said there is a free carpark just over the road so as I say, I minor point. I would also point out that this is the first Tui Blu ive been to where you pay for day beds and I find £50euros per person per day extortionate! Luckily there were plenty of other free sunbeds to choose from. All in all a fabulous holiday in a wonderful hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to return
