Do not stay here under any circumstances. I was checked into my hotel and told that whenever I leave the hotel, I need to leave my key at the desk which was the first red flag and then tried to leave the hotel without leaving the key he shouted at me because I didn’t want to leave my belongings in the room and someone else have the key. On the day of checkout, I arrived back at the hotel four minutes after checkout time. I called to let them know my taxi was running late and I was gonna be slightly late, the guy said I don’t care too late. When I arrived back all my belongings from the room were in a black bag at the front of reception. My flight was in a few hours, and I had no access to a shower after the beach and my belongings were thrown into a bag I decided to argue the case to which he insulted and swore at me repeatedly.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the port of Mahon, 10 minutes from the city's historic center and market and about an hour's drive from Ciutadella. Clean rooms, perhaps a little less so the interior of the built-in wardrobe. Friendly and helpful staff. Possibility of free parking nearby. The only flaw is the absence of a mini fridge in the room. In the area there is a small, not well-stocked market, but less than 5 minutes away by car there is a larger and well-stocked one (Eroski). Recommended for a stay in Menorca.

The bed is comfortable, but very expensive for the offer, no minibar, no breakfast included, internet works on and off..... I asked a gin&tonic at the hotel bar and I was given to me in a paper cup, I explained that I would bring back the glass afterwards, but no chance....
