Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Animation team staff were excellent such good fun but not pushy. Mario is such a character and we enjoyed the aquagym especially with Jeremy providing rock music which is more our thing . Evening live music top quality best ive seen in a hotel. The maids found a problem in our room we hadnt noticed and we were quickly upgraded to a deluxe room which was fantastic though the bath needed replacement or re enamel. Cleaners good and helpful also. Good food, fresh varied and catering staff quick to replenish empty foods and to clear plates away. Short walk to a beautiful beach with some shops and restaurants and a small market and 15 mins to Mahon on bus which stops opposite. Also just down the road the land train to Binebeca. We had a fantastic time and cant wait to return. Thankyou

Absolutely spotlessly clean every where. Food good quality but a little bland tasting. Lots to do for families but a little busy if you like peace and quiet. Had an issue with a broken kettle in the room which was sorted and replaced within the hour. Overall a great place to stay with lots to do friendly staff and very very clean. Well-maintained resort, fantastic staff, clean and welcoming, modern rooms, the restaurant has a nice outdoor terrace in addition to the indoor dining area for breakfast, both sweet and savory, and dinner. I was on half board, which also included drinks such as wine, beer, and sangria. Every evening there was paella, meat, fish, and many side dishes, very good desserts, and on several evenings, the fantastic Mary (Italian) delighted us with well-cooked pasta dishes. A special compliment to all the people who work there, especially the reception staff, who were super helpful in providing all the information, always with a smile. The resort is a 3-minute walk from a beautiful beach with fantastic water, but I recommend visiting Menorca, which is very beautiful with stunning beaches. Additionally, the Seth hotel allows you to exchange dinner with the other 5 resorts in Menorca. Essentially, if one evening you went to Ciutadella, you could dine for free at the resort of the same chain present there, of course, booking the day before. We used it for Ciutadella and for San Thomas. I found only one negative person during the week at Seth, the youngest guy who often works at the bar in the evening, who I found very rude and almost provoked a bad reaction from me! (He was taking a big risk.)
