Outdated hotel, many flaws, not worth 4 stars, staff very unfriendly, especially the older bartender, pool okay, room, very large bed, refrigerator door loose, bathroom mold, but nice view, hall with many dirty seats and leaks from the ceiling, stairs with pieces missing and cracked, maybe 4 stars 20 years ago but certainly not anymore.

This hotel is far from the quality it boasts, it is not well adapted for people with reduced mobility, the access ramp to the hotel is too narrow and going up or down is quite difficult, the pool is not adapted, neither the access to it nor the access to enter or leave the water (two of us with reduced mobility have been here and we could not use said pool on the days when the temperatures were extremely high, I chose this hotel precisely for the pool since we could not go to the beach and my disappointment was huge) the food is terrible and very expensive and the bar is more of the same, there was no way the waitresses could make a mixed drink well and they were very rude talking among themselves in their language in front of the clients and that cannot be tolerated. The room was poorly maintained (and it was a suite). The experience has been very bad and I have left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Sincerely, Teresa García

The cleanliness is very good, the beds are very bad, you cannot move because it feels like you are going to fall off, on the night of August 31st we ordered drinks and they served us when we finished dinner, the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, starting with the bathtub
