A perfect spa for relaxation; I went through IMSERSO. When we arrived, after checking in, we went to the medical exam, okay, then we went to the restaurant. That's what I wanted to get to: lunch, food, and dinner were ACCEPTABLE during the first 5 days, then we found that they had removed 30% of the dishes (yes, a great variety, especially at breakfast), saying that since the IMSERSO guests were there, the meals had to be cut back. It is a shame that they even say that IMSERSO guests are treated worse than other travelers. I had the "luck" of spending the first 5 days with the "normal" meals, but when the bulk of the IMSERSO group arrived, since they hadn't known the previous meals, they complained about the lack of variety but accepted it. The positive part: the treatments. Another negative part is that if you get the treatments, you cannot go to the general spa pool, a huge absurdity.

The treatment from the spa director was awful; they sell you a 50-minute full-body relaxing massage and they didn't do it, it was 25 minutes and not relaxing at all... it was a beating and in a room that doesn't even have a door... you hear the people outside talking The rooms are pathetic, old furniture and the bathroom is the same

I did not like having to go outside from the spa to the hotel at all.
