The position of the hotel could not be bettered, in the centre of the old town. We booked a twin in the main hotel but were placed in a spacious room with a double and bunks in the apartment annexe. The room was clean and airy with basic furnishings, some new some rather tired. Heating only intermittent and the nights were cold. Our main complaint was that on our first morning we could not access the main hotel for breakfast until 9.15am. Breakfast limited to toast coffee and juice. Plenty of free safe overnight on street parking immediately outside the hotel.
