Peraleja Golf

Peräleja golf is closed as a golf course. Beautiful houses but also unfinished houses. The project was stopped due to the recession and mismanagement. Golf course was recently purchased by an investment company that will redevelop it as a golf course. The unfinished houses are also for sale and can be finished (good investment). Furthermore, many neat and beautiful houses. We have bought a house here ourselves and are renovating it and are thoroughly enjoying the peace and quiet and the beautiful weather. Succina is a nice small village with quite a lot of amenities. Murcia is 30 km away and San Javier 16 km.

Had a fantastic 2 weeks staying in a Peraleja golf villa in August. The villas are lovely, well spaced out and the roads and external areas are very well maintained despite a number of villas being empty/unfinished. The area is lovely and quiet and the weather fantastic. The pool heating and air conditioning meant we could be comfortable inside or out, day or night. Lovely area with loads to see and do. A car is essential and most items could be bought in nearby Sucina, with other larger shops within a short distance. Will definitely be back again in the future.

Went back to Peraleja for a short break. Golf course shut and still empty unfinished properties. I wasn’t there to play golf and the privacy of the villa 5.2 made for another fantastic break. All change on the horizon with the golf course having been sold and due to be completely relaid. I’m sure the properties will follow. Will be going back.
