A real shame, we booked two apartments for four nights and when we arrived they had not been cleaned, trash bags on the door, cockroaches in bed and bathroom, items of the previous guests in the drawers not to mention the furniture, broken and dirty. Despite reporting the incidence by phone (there are no staff at reception), they did not clean. They didn't even leave toilet paper.

After months of staying there, I get charged the same amount again. They recognize the mistake, they supposedly change management and we take days to get our money back. I don't recommend it at all. Those who have already been there, check that they do not do the same to you
