Entremares Biobalneario Marino

Our experience with the Hotel Entremares has been very disappointing due to the information we received before booking. I called the Hotel Entremares directly to make a reservation, and they informed me that there was no availability for our dates. The person who assisted me offered to put us up at the Apartahotel Mirage, assuring me that it belonged to the same owners, that it had the same conditions, that it was right next to the Hotel Entremares, on the beachfront, and that we would be able to enjoy the hotel's facilities. The reality was completely different. Upon arrival, we discovered that the Apartahotel Mirage is not "right next door," but approximately 2 kilometers from the Hotel Entremares, which means about a 25-30 minute walk. Due to that distance, we could not enjoy the Hotel Entremares' facilities as they had led us to believe. Furthermore, when we visited the Hotel Entremares the next day, we verified that it had nothing to do with the accommodation where they had placed us. The Hotel Entremares has much better facilities, entertainment, areas for families, and a much more attractive atmosphere. If we had known the reality before booking, we probably would have looked for another alternative. The Mirage hotel where they sent us has too many stars; it says it is a 4-star, but it does not even reach 3. We feel deceived because the information provided by phone did not correspond to reality. I hope our experience helps other customers have clear and truthful information before making a booking decision.

Hotel with a family atmosphere. Fabulous location with direct access to the beach.

IT IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL, IT IS A 3 STAR HOTEL. Hotel from the 80s. Very basic food aimed at senior travel, with very little variety. There are no live cooks, and although there is a disco area, there was no nighttime entertainment all weekend, and the disco did not even operate, leaving little to do after dinner. You cannot have even a coffee on the pool loungers; it is completely prohibited, and you are forced to pay for the use of the loungers. I felt unable to enjoy myself as I would in any other (4-star) hotel. I want to highlight the work of the hotel staff, who are always very friendly.
