We stayed in the duplex, which is very large and fits up to 9 people. There is a lot of space in the closets and the setting is the best you can find in a beach area, the urbanization is spectacular and is next to several beaches. You can walk to different leisure areas. Mattresses and pillows are pretty good (overall) and run pretty cool (all open). There are also several fans to help in hotter days. Bed linen and towels are clean. There are also two clotheslines with plenty of room to lay. Now, we find some flaws: We had taken a parking space, but when we arrived they didn't have it available and gave us another one to replace the car that we didn't fit (we have an octavia skoda), only a small car. The garage (that at least, because there are several) was not the most comfortable thing in the world to park. Finally, we decided to park outside. One of the mattresses in the attic is for throwing, literally. In our case it saved us that we put a very young girl there, but for a heavier child or an adult to sleep there would be hell. One of the fans, although it works, has broken the protection grille, which detaches and blocks the blades, so as if it did not work. Windows don't have mosquito nets and there are lots and lots of mosquitoes. And I don't exaggerate. There were several anti-mosquito devices plugged in (some with the bottle fully consumed) because they themselves are aware of the huge number of mosquitoes in the area. We went 24 hours smeared with repellent and even so, that was the worst part of our stay: we had breakfast, we ate, we had dinner surrounded by mosquitoes and with the discomfort of bites. Several days we spent locked in very hot because if we opened for the air to run, they entered by dozens. The kitchen is not bad, but there is a plug that when you connect something the leads jump. There is also not much utensils, the capacity is 9 people but there are not 9 spoons, not 9 knives, not 9 forks... It is an inconvenience that is filled by taking other things, but with the price of the accommodation, how less than put 9 of each. There is also no capacity for 9 people either at the lounge table or on the terrace, so either you eat standing up, or in turns. Or you move tables back and forth, like we did. On the other hand, both the terrace above and the entrance need an awning. They are very nice spaces, but they can hardly be used because it is sunny from morning until sunset and it is very, very hot. You can't go out for breakfast, even in the afternoon for a snack. Until it's dark, forget it. The truth is that the terrace below has an abandoned appearance with all the dry, dirty vegetation... It is a shame because it is not taken advantage of, especially seeing the possibilities of the surrounding terraces (some of them also tourist accommodation). There’s no product either: no hand soap in the bathroom, just a little wc paper (not a single spare roll), no dishwasher soap (you get a 30ml canister as a “gift”) and no cleaner. This is the first time in my life that a tourist accommodation does not have a minimum of endowment. Remember to take everything. And, above all, insecticide. There are also ants. Bottom line: good place but lacks maintenance (there were blown lights) and improve some amenities. For the price they ask, they could have it all better.

Correct apartments. They don't have many amenities but the complex is very good. They have 3 swimming pools, a pool bar and organize activities some nights. The cleaning and maintenance of the common areas is very good. I would return with my family.

This part of town was more or less shut for the season by the time we arrived for a three day stay in the second week of October, which added to our disappointing experience at the resort. Although the apartment was well equipped, clean and relatively cool despite the lack of air conditioning, it was in a dreary ground floor location outside the gated pool and village area, with views from the bedroom on to blank walls and a view out from its ‘terrace’ through a very substantial metal grill protecting us from the stairs on to the public street below. The photographs on sites such as Booking.com are highly misleading as we had no view of the interior ‘pueblo’, or, in fact, any view of the sky at all from inside the apartment. Adding to its unprepossessing external appearance was the close-by abandoned ground floor shop, graffiti and occasional building work. Within the apartment, the bed was not made up and the provided bed linen was too small for the double bed, there was only one loo roll and bag for rubbish, no toiletries or cleaning materials, only a few coat hangers and no information ‘welcome pack’ of any kind. Although no doubt the ‘village’ is a delightful place to stay in high season, with attractive buildings and planting and several pools, out of season it all looked a bit shut down (although the bar and restaurant was still open), and it seemed clear that much of the development is privately owned, with signs for apartments for sale and rent. There are no pool loungers or chairs, presumably because there are none for visitors who do not actually own the apartments. The reception office for visitors such as us was hardly open, leading to difficulties when it was not clear how to get into the underground parking or when the provided wi-fi code did not work. Not to be recommended for an out of season stay, although if the weather is fine the nearby beaches and safe swimming are major compensations.
