Puerto Juan Montiel Spa and Base Nautica

We are on the terrace of this hotel and for some unknown reason they are not serving on this terrace tonight, even though they served us last night. Mystery. To exit the paid parking lot, they did not warn us that we had to ask the front desk for exit authorization, and we had to back up on a really very dangerous slope. At the restaurant, I ordered a Caesar salad with extra shrimp, which were not served to me but were charged for. Really a bad experience.

I loved it, we rested a lot, the air conditioning was good, good views of the sea, a very spacious and beautiful room with two bathrooms; I would like to return again this year.

Our stay at the Hotel Senator Águilas has been very good in general. The best part, without a doubt, has been the staff. We want to especially highlight the housekeeper on the fourth floor, the receptionists, and the girl who served us on Friday at the bar. They were all exceptionally kind, approachable, and professional, making us feel very well taken care of at all times. Furthermore, it is an ideal hotel for traveling with children. We stayed with a 2-year-old child and a 7-month-old baby, and the experience was very positive. The facilities and common areas are spacious, which makes a family stay very comfortable. The hotel has good services and spacious, clean, and well-maintained common areas. The rooms were also very clean, something that is greatly appreciated and makes the stay more pleasant. As a point for improvement, the room furniture, doors, and bathrooms are quite outdated and show significant wear and tear. Fortunately, the excellent cleanliness makes it much more bearable, but it is evident that the facilities need a renovation. In short, it is a highly recommended hotel due to the attention of its staff, the cleanliness, and how comfortable it is for families with children. We believe that the owners should consider an investment to modernize the rooms and facilities. With that improvement, the experience would be practically perfect.
