The Residences Mar Menor Golf & Resort

Stayed during October at The Hotel and played a round of Golf. Hotel is lovely, especially around the pool area. Staff are friendly and a number of places to eat at the hotel and the boulevard which is only a 5 minute walk away. The golf is nice, some interesting holes and is in great condition despite the water shortages in Spain.

Really clean and spacious property close to all amenities. The property we rented had a large balcony over looking the swimming pool. The property was clean with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. The rooms were spacious with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The bathrooms were clean and functional. All in all a perfect location for our family to stay in. The swimming pool was clean and sun loungers readily available.

Fantastic resort with nice bars and superb golf course, very neat and tidy. However the staff in the golf reception, bars and restaurants ALL need lessons in customer service, they would rather talk to each other than give you a smiling customer friendly service, I have been involved in customer facing roles in all my 45 years working and the service hear needs to be addressed as it is spoiling the whole experience of stopping there.
