I love coming to this hotel. We always come with groups, 6 days, and everything is perfect. The rooms are large, the beds very comfortable and everything is very clean. Although the highway is next door, big advantage, I don't know hear anything. Breakfast very varied. We usually dine too and the food is homemade (for groups): and very well presented. Special mention to the staff: I don't know can be kinder and more resolute. The day they change my hotel, I'll cry.

I stayed between October 3 and 5. The hotel has excellent facilities, the cleanliness was optimal and the staff 5*. The breakfast on the 4th day went without embarrassment, however on the 5th morning breakfast the lack of staff was clear. The only employee in the room ran from side to side but could not answer all requests. It was even called attention for lack of food replacement by some guests less patient. The staff was excellent and very dynamic, but for the amount of people present in the room was not able to give a response to everything. We thus live moments of agitation in the room, at an hour that should be calm and pleasant. We congratulate the employee for his good performance and patience even in the face of the overwork he was exposed to.

Good facilities and cleanliness. Very friendly reception staff. However, at 8 a.m., we were woken up by housekeepers shouting at each other in the hallway while cleaning other adjoining rooms. On the other hand, the shower water did not come out hot, still putting the tap to the maximum. All the looks like it's not casual, to keep customers from filling the bathtub. With a shower of medium cold water I ensure that little water is spent... Other than that good opinion in general. They left us water and gift bonbons in the room.
