El Mirador de Ulzama Hotel & Spa

Terrible sales and customer service. The accommodation has a 4x3 offer published on its website that, in practice, is impossible to book due to a computer glitch in the credit card payment system. I have tried to make the reservation on several occasions without success. I have contacted them by phone and through several emails, even sending screenshots of both the offer and the error. Despite having all the evidence, they have refused to honor the advertised price and have indicated to me that, if I want to take advantage of the offer, I must book through the website that, precisely, does not work. I am not willing to pay a higher price for a technical problem that is not my fault and that the company has not been able to resolve. The lack of customer service, problem-solving ability, and willingness to honor the advertised offer has led me to give up on the reservation and look for other accommodation.

We went several couples to walk, bike and play golf and even better than we had been told! The staff very attentive and the atmosphere very good!. Breakfast on the terrace with beautiful views!! We will repeat for sure because it is not easy to be treated this well!

Hotel in the middle of the Ulzama valley above the golf course. Spa booked for 4, top! Comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast quite correct. Restaurant not tested. An extra smile and it was perfect.
