It has a privileged location, the rooms are clean, and it has air conditioning, which is a plus in these hot times. I will stay here again on my next trip to Pamplona.

The mattresses are extremely hard and the springs dig into your hips; I requested to change rooms because of the mattresses as they were causing me pain, and they say they are all the same. I had higher expectations of this 4-star hotel. The staff is friendly.

Excellent hotel. Meticulous attention both at reception and in the dining room. Excellent professionals. I have known it for approximately 16 years and have seen its transformation always for the better.
