Terrible customer service. The receptionist was a bitter person who treated us in the worst possible way. Negative attitude and slow execution, not to mention the deplorable state of the building's infrastructure. I'd rather sleep at the kebab shop next door

Expensive for a small poorly lit room. Hotel parking very poor- underground carpark on 3 levels. Badly lit with little signage and lift to hotel level very hard to find. No social space/ bar. Would not recommend it

We booked our room on the popular Easter weekend so the cost was prohibitive. The room was neat and tidy, the staff lovely and the breakfast a delight as we booked this while on the Camino.
