PARADOR

It is an urban parador and very well located. La Lanzada beach is very close. Cambados beach is not a beach. The parador needs some renovation, especially in the bathtub area. And the wooden floors in general. The pool is very nice, with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Although there is no lifeguard. And sometimes, depending on the time, the pool is dirty.

My experience with the Parador de Cambados did not live up to what I expected from an establishment of this category. Faced with an issue with my reservation, I expected greater involvement to try to find a solution or, at least, to offer more attentive service. However, throughout the entire process, I was told that I had to resolve the matter with Atrápalo, while Atrápalo, in turn, referred me back to the hotel. As a customer, I had the feeling of being stuck in the middle of both parties, without either one taking the initiative to try to resolve the issue. The result was the loss of more than €380 and my parents being left without the accommodation they had planned, having to look for an alternative on my own. I understand that there are booking policies, but I also believe that the quality of a hotel is demonstrated when a problem arises. On this occasion, my experience was clearly disappointing.

Perfect location. Super attentive staff, 10/10 breakfast, pool and gardens well-kept and comfortable. The bathroom needs a renovation since it still has a bathtub and they are becoming dangerous. The cafeteria is very well attended and has delicious products. Parking is free but there are few charging spaces.
