Very good location, limited hotel but very clean.

The location is good, with access from the ground floor and attic. You cannot reserve a parking space in advance, but they have an agreement with a nearby parking lot. The soundproofing of the rooms could be greatly improved, and there are no blinds or blackout curtains in the rooms, especially in the street-level rooms. A 24-hour reception would help avoid noise from guests who overindulge in alcohol.

Smelly and old-fashioned room until you say enough. We went cold because there is only one air conditioner with heat pump for a triple room and the bathroom, does not arrive even kidding. The shower was a disgrace, no water came out, only mist like the fish put in supermarkets to keep them fresh, impossible to shower because it did not wet even the skin. Breakfast very scarce, to choose from or a toast or an industrial croissant, or coffee or juice, scarce for the supposed 4 stars that has the establishment that does not deserve a star. I've stayed in 1 star hotels that give this one a thousand kicks.
