I was bitten by bed bugs for 3 days, they changed my room and I was bitten again. Their response was to refund me 50% of the nights with bites. I had to leave the hotel and spend the afternoon at the doctor's and then at a laundromat, praying not to take the bed bugs home with me. I have asked them for a refund for the entire stay and they tell me no, only for the nights I was bitten. I found out that there are more rooms in these conditions. UNBELIEVABLE AND THEY DO NOTHING. They haven't even contacted me.

I wanted to book this hotel for a getaway. Since I wanted to use the Xunta tourist voucher, they told me that I could not make the Reservation through the website or by phone, that I had to do it through an email they provided. But when I did they charged me €100 more than I had ever seen online. I told him about it and sent him a screenshot I had taken. And they told me it must have been a momentary mistake, without taking on their own failure. That is, if I booked online it would have cost me €100 less, but when using the voucher I had to pay another price. So I booked at another establishment. I would not try to book this hotel again in the future.

The hotel turns off the heating at night and does not provide blankets for the bed. We couldn't sleep because it was cold. They don't have janitors, therefore no one gives solutions. Only a young lady on a screen was happy to help, but since there were no blankets, there was nothing she could do. forgettable experience
