Canelas

We just had an amazing weekend at Hotel Canelas and couldn't be happier. The hotel is very well located, a few steps from the beach and with beautiful views. The facilities are well maintained and clean, and the common areas invite you to relax. We travelled as a group of friends and it was ideal: comfortable rooms, very friendly and attentive staff at all times, and a very quiet Mood. We highlight the breakfast, varied and good quality, perfect to start the day with energy. We also took advantage of the pool, which was spotless. Definitely an excellent option in Portonovo to enjoy a few days of disconnection. We'll be back!

We loved the restaurant, it is the only one in the area that has air conditioning and these days it is grateful, very close to the cinnamon beach and has parking, much needed because there is no parking in the area. We ordered a sweet paella of scallops and prawns that takes away your sense, toast and delicious salads, homemade desserts are essential to finish. Super attentive staff especially Guillermo and Nacho. Attention a 10. We'll be back.

The inexperienced Service in general, that that would not be a problem, but wanting to charge consumption that was not yours and the super edge and unpleasant treatment, is not something you expect with 4 stars and what they charge. I don't understand that kid's still working as a waiter. The manager was never there, several times trying to talk to her and always "busy". Much better price and Service hotels in the area, just want your money 0 concern for customers.
