The owner is an unpresentable. I call to make reservation to eat for Mother's Day and without problem. I call two days later to confirm the time and it turns out that nobody knows anything and after several calls, they tell me that I can not go to lunch because they have given the day off to the cook. So if I arrived with my family that day without having called, there would be no one there. Anyway....two days before Mother's Day, I have to find another place.....it's scoundrels

The deplorable hotel, in every way, maybe your manager is the problem. Lousy meals, unacceptable beds, even worse cleaning and except the dining staff who were friendly yet having to carry out orders from this gentleman. Travel experience to get to know Galicia with the guide and our driver all ok, but please do not advise this hotel in either way.

I don't know where to start, from minute 0 all fatal. We arrived with an organized trip 4 hours later than hired we were practically thrown dinner in the face sent to bed because the next day we went on a field trip , at breakfast pessimism the aggressive staff the receptionist is a fierce without education or respect for the elderly .When we arrived from the field trip more of the same putting in a hurry to eat to go back out (important the guide if it takes you to take the money from your wallet to buy excursions) my companion and I wanted to take a snack and relax before sitting down to eat and when entering the.dining room after 20 minutes the receptionist who is multiemployed stopped us and in front of about 60 people denied us the food leaving us without eating having paid 1,500 € for this trip ..... it was 15:30 in the afternoon and we had not set meal schedule the schedule is according to the excursions. For not giving us the food we asked the receptionist the claim sheet which refused in resoundingly to deliver us.
