Cruceiro Hotel

When we arrived, the hotel manager, Mariví, told us that we would feel at home, and she has far exceeded that expectation. We have felt like family, thanks to all the hotel staff, maids, cooks, cleaning, etc. But especially THANK YOU to Mariví, who has shown exceptional kindness and treatment. We will return to this cozy hotel with such good people. Thank you again for everything.

The best of the hotel the bar and its workers, the regular room, need a good change very old and a little more cleaning, compared to the dining room little variety of breakfast and coffee very bad a shame, and the very repeated food with difference of two days and eat the same, that yes a lot of green and cooked potato, if you do not like it is rare k offer you something else, fruit scarce, in short you can also not order more!!!

My experience was very thankless.and disrespectful...I tell you why...we went to watch the football at the hotel bar and the waitress had the disrespect of with the drinks put a snack of chips to all the people who were less than us and not only once but 2 . I've always been taught that all or none of them... otherwise it's a lack of education.
