DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE - ROOM 208 HOTEL SANXENXO INFFINIT After paying almost €200 per night, I expected a minimum of comfort and rest. The reality was completely different. MAIN PROBLEMS: Room for people with reduced mobility without notice - I was assigned room 208, which turned out to be an adapted room, without informing me beforehand. GREEN EMERGENCY LIGHT DIRECT TO THE FACE - The most serious problem: a green emergency light directly illuminates the bed throughout the night. Impossible to fall asleep. The hotel does not provide any facelift or solution. Bathroom problems - Adapted bathroom that floods when showering, forcing you to constantly dry the floor. Poor lighting system - Sensor lights that automatically turn off, creating constant discomfort. Misplaced Air Conditioning - Exiting the air directly on the bed and on the face, making it impossible to use refrigeration to sleep comfortably. I had to be hot all night. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE: The receptionist offered no apologies or solutions. Your answer: “Customers have never complained.” Total lack of professionalism and empathy. At 200€/night, this hotel does not meet the minimum standards of comfort. The lack of transparency about the room features and the lack of customer service make it impossible to recommend it. TO FUTURE GUESTS: Please demand detailed information about your room before confirming and be prepared for any inconvenience without solution by the staff.

A modern, cozy hotel with an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and downtown. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. The Mood is quiet and perfect to rest. The treatment of the staff is impeccable: close, professional and always attentive. Ideal for a relaxing getaway on the coast. Fully recommended and eager to repeat.

It is a modern and very well decorated hotel, the room was super spacious, comfortable beds, large TV, large closet as well as the bathroom, we will return the next time we visit the area since it is located near the town and the location is important
