Hotel Eurowest

Stayed for one night as we were traveling to Morocco. Room spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a fridge in the room. Breakfast was a good continental affair that was good quality and tasty. There was secure parking but it is limited but there appears to be plenty of on street parking. Good value for money that I couldn't fault

THEY LEFT ME LYING IN THE STREET WITH THE BOOKING.COM RESERVATION CONFIRMED AND WITHOUT GIVING ME A RELOCATION ON A SATURDAY NIGHT WHERE SALAMANCA WAS COMPLETELY, IF YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS HORROR STORY CONTINUE READING....... Saturday, September 28, 2024, it was 21:00 and I had a missed call from only 58 minutes ago, which they had not even made the effort to repeat, being a SERIOUS and URGENT issue. Background: Reservation I had was through booking.com. On Friday afternoon I called to inform myself of the check in time when I learned that my Reservation had not been dumped into the system and that it was a booking.com error. At that time on Friday there was availability of a triple and the receptionist confirmed the room. Returning to Saturday night, at 21:00 when I leave a conference where I was busy all day, I call the hotel and the same receptionist from the previous day tells me that I HAVE NO ROOM, that they are not responsible for the Reservation and that I seek my life to find an accommodation. That of the Reservation has to be responsible booking.com which is the means by which I have made the Reservation. Booking.com continues to confirm the Reservation as legal (already charged by the way) and neither the hotel nor the platform finds me any alternative accommodation, quoting literally “you have to be the one to look for the hotel and pay for the room” on a salmantine night at 100% occupancy. So I state my complaint that this establishment preferred NOT TO ACCEPT my Reservation because it was from booking.com selling the last room available to them, surely at a much more expensive price for their convenience, leaving a person in complete defenselessness to sleep on the streets, under the cover of murderers, rapists and bystanders. SO THEY SPEND THEM IN THE EUROWEST OF SALAMANCA!!!!!! That fact will not go unpunished, I am taking judicial action. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE DELUXE EXPERIENCE

There is no air conditioning. There is no indoor telephone. The room of the year 1990 for being generous. In short, not to return and not to recommend to anyone. A very bad choice. The cafeteria looks like anything but a cafeteria. The bathroom is clean but old. The bed makes noise. In short, being generous for a hotel that is said to be 3 stars, at most a 3.
