BED BUGS ALERT! Este hostel merece nota 0: O check-in e a entrada no hostel foram extremamente difíceis, levando cerca de 2 horas para conseguirmos entrar. No quarto compartilhado de 8 pessoas, nos deram apenas uma chave. A aplicação com códigos não funcionava. A wc para 8 pessoas tem apenas 2m², literalmente, e não existem wc's fora do quarto. Isso significa que, se alguém quiser usar a wc enquanto outro estiver em uso, não é possível, o que não deveria ser permitido por lei - é necessário verificar essa questão. Não havia água quente, e no segundo dia nem sequer havia água. As toalhas e lençóis estavam sujos. PARA FINALIZAR A MINHA AMIGA APANHOU : BED BUGS EN: This hostel deserves a 0 rating. Check-in and entry to the hostel were extremely difficult, taking about 2 hours to get in. In a room for 8 people, we were given only 1 key. The app with codes didn't work. The bathroom for 8 people is literally 2m², and there are no bathrooms outside the room. So, if someone wants to use the bathroom when the other one is in use, they can't, and it shouldn't be allowed by law - check this. There was no hot water, and on the second day, there was no water at all. The towels were dirty, and the sheets were dirty too. TO CONCLUDE: THERE WERE BED BUGS, AND A FRIEND OF MINE GOT BITTEN.

The location is very good. Chaotic online check-in, there is no reference person to contact in person. Looks like an average hostel but the rooms are much better. In a room of 8 there was only one key. First day without water pressure and cold water. Second day without water. Unable to solve the problem. I wouldn't repeat

We couldn't stay in a better place me and my boyfriend Domenico we got a premium room, a very lovely place and well cleaned, there was Giuseppe very kind and helpful with his service pretty attention person he helped us a lot because was our first time there we didn't know nothing, we are very grateful, for sure we'll be back.
