Hostal Mindanao

It has been a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The hostel staff, wonderful. Especially, David. Highly recommended.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom fulfilled its function and also very clean. The location very good, close to the center.Although it has no air conditioning if there was a fan but did not need to be used.

We booked a triple room with private bathroom, taking care when choosing and reviewing that it had photos of it in the option we chose. Upon arriving there, it turned out that the "private bathroom" was outside the room and was actually for exclusive use. In other words, we are without the privacy sought when choosing a room with private bathroom. Explaining the situation, they washed their hands and gave us no solution. So we have paid the highest price for having the private bathroom to have to leave the room equally, with the discomfort and lack of privacy that that entails. In short, we've been tricked and ripped off. Be careful when choosing a room or ask questions first so this doesn't happen to you. A disgrace.
