Reise Salamanca

We stayed there 2 people and 1 kid.They gave us biggest room. We arrived there after 9 p.m. there was no reception.I called them but they didnt speak english. But they put somewhere our key, and told us apartmen code. Staff was debonaire, helpful. there is kitchen and sufficient bathroom. Great location but no parking area. you must pay for parking.

Just don't look at the photos... Everything looks twice bigger and clean The owner was really helpful, she helped us with everything even before than arriving, sent us pictures of maps to show were to park... But the place is too small, noisy and doesn't show anything special

We booked the cheapest room available on booking. We chose the preference of double bed. Everything is online, nobody receives you when you get there. A person appeared while we were waiting because we were not satisfied with the room of two single beds given to us. After a long argument, she changed our room, saying that she is not obliged to give us a double bed if we put it as preference on booking.com. Confusing information and photos not showing the reality.
