Fabulous swimming pool and pool area but it doesn't open until 12.00! I thought you would be able to sit in the lawn area until the pool opened but there is also no access until midday.

I have to agreed after reading the reviews that this Hotel is 3 stars for sure, maybe for Segovia 4 stars. Rooms are ok, poor breakfast and the worst is the service. It is a big Hotel not that far...

Room clean and comfortable, maids and front of desk staff helpful and friendly. Stayed here as a base for a local wedding. Breakfast very disappointing, poor choice and an unwelcoming dining room...
