This hotel turned out to be an excellent solution for our short stay in Seville. First of all, the location is strategic, right in the center, just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Reales Alcazares. The price is more than fair, considering the central location. All the staff at the reception was extremely courteous. Our room, located on the ground floor next to the reception (perhaps to assist me, given my difficulties with stairs), was nice but nothing special, very basic. The cleanliness is worth highlighting. The lobby is very welcoming with its sofas and paintings, and especially the dispenser of very cold lemon-flavored water (considering the heat in Seville, this is no small detail)! The ceramic tiles on the walls give a very "Andalusia" feel. We had a very good experience.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Less than 5 minutes' walk from the cathedral and several good restaurants nearby. Good service! The only negative: Request a room on the upper floors if you want to be quieter. We were on the ground floor, and it can get noisy. But with the windows closed, we slept very well.

The rooms are nice and well-kept. Some need to be completed with bidets and bathtub replacements. in the shower. The cleanliness is noticeable; it is well-maintained. Linens and personal care items are provided. There is a small safe useful for valuables. Friendly staff available with kindness and tact. The hotel's location is excellent. The place is very close to points of interest and cool venues. I recommend this hotel for its quality and price/location ratio.
