We booked two standard rooms for 4 adults. When we arrived, we were placed in 2 INDIVIDUAL standard rooms for 4 adults (132 and 133). We realized this because we saw the room planning on the maps at the door, but we did not complain out of prudence, even though we could hardly move. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell; we tried to close the door to avoid the odor. The icing on the cake, we had to turn off the air conditioning due to the noise it made, which made it impossible to sleep. In the end, we were scammed quite well, and out of prudence, since it was only one night, we did not complain. Treat the guests according to what they have reserved, and do not offer them a quality lower than what they have paid for. On a positive note, the reception staff was very friendly.

Unwelcoming staff, do not care to help advise or look for alternatives if you need. I paid to have breakfast included instead breakfast was not provided except at a cost of 12 € for a squalor of food intended as quality variety and abundance (if a product was finished it was not replaced).

The location is very good near alot of attractions and it is clean. That's about all I have to say nice. Thr room is like staying in a dark closet. I travel alot and live in Europe .It is the smallest room outside of NCY and poorly lit .No desk,no comfy chair and only 1 nightstand. Front desk not helpful or nice. If you have a car prepare to park in a public paid lot 15 min walk. Not really any where to stop near hotel to drop of luggage without blocking the street . Much else but will leave it at that
