Everything started very badly upon our arrival at the hotel. Arriving around 3:00 PM, we were told quite curtly that check-in would not be possible before 4:00 PM. Fine. It is the only time in 15 days that we had to deal with this kind of thing, but fine. The room we were assigned was small but, more importantly, overlooked a sort of small courtyard that resembled a prison yard, very depressing. I expressed my very deep disappointment to the front desk, which allowed us to change rooms to a much more pleasant place with a balcony overlooking the street. The roof and its pool are pleasant with a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast is good. The location in the heart of the city is ideal But there you have it, the first impressions ruin everything and I regretted not having chosen the neighboring hotel, Casas de la Juderia, no doubt poorly advised by the reviews on this site

Absolutely superb hotel. Beautiful well equipped room. Nice toiletries. Great powerful shower. Very quiet even though we had a road facing room. Lovely outdoor terrace with loungers and chairs. Small pool ideal for a dip after a hot day. Great location within easy walk of all the main sites. Loads of great tapas bars and restaurants close by. Exceptional breakfast. Beautifully laid out with everything you could want Staff were all charming and friendly. Best of all my husband could watch the World Cup in English in their lounge. 😂 Laundry right opposite wish we’d travelled with. hand luggage. Highly recommend.

The hotel is wonderful, its location, its rooms and the rooftop pool is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The cleaner who cleaned room P 11 last week is splendid, she left the room perfect for us. And the terrace waiters are super friendly and helpful, so much so that I remember their names: Coral, Edu, Fernando and Diego. 100 percent recommended. The people at the front desk are also very nice. Together they help create an atmosphere of hospitality, warmth and professionalism.
