Everything started very badly upon our arrival at the hotel.
Arriving around 3:00 PM, we were told quite curtly that check-in would not be possible before 4:00 PM. Fine. It is the only time in 15 days that we had to deal with this kind of thing, but fine.
The room we were assigned was small but, more importantly, overlooked a sort of small courtyard that resembled a prison yard, very depressing.
I expressed my very deep disappointment to the front desk, which allowed us to change rooms to a much more pleasant place with a balcony overlooking the street.
The roof and its pool are pleasant with a beautiful view of the city.
Breakfast is good.
The location in the heart of the city is ideal
But there you have it, the first impressions ruin everything and I regretted not having chosen the neighboring hotel, Casas de la Juderia, no doubt poorly advised by the reviews on this site
